You must be 25 years or older to rent Turkey Ridge Lodges. Turkey Ridge Lodges is intended and created for a family atmosphere. These are NOT party houses! Our vacation homes are furnished with the finest amenities and equipment. If you are looking for a place to party with your friends, please look elsewhere! Excessive noise levels or any property damage will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
Minimum Stay Requirements
There is a 2-night minimum stay required. If requesting either Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. Lodging tax, sales tax and fees will be added to rates.
Rates are posted on our website according to each lodge.
Rates for the additional guests beyond the base occupancy rate will be charged $25 per person, per night. Absolutely no additional visitors permitted unless it has been discussed and approved by TRL. Failure to comply will result in additional charges per guest.
Rates & Tax
Reservations are to be made by applying online. 100% of the total rental fee is due upon booking. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to non-payment or issues with the credit/debit card. Rates are per night. Lodging tax, sales tax and fees will be added to rates.
Holiday stays are charged at the HOLIDAY rate and have a 2-day minimum stay requirement. The weekend between Christmas and New Year’s Day will also be charged at this rate!
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. We work diligently to have your lodge ready for you right at 4:00 PM, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required or when your hot tub may not be fully heated until later that night. There is no refund in these situations.
- Please take out all trash from bathrooms & kitchen place in outside trashcan.
- Please run dishwasher and or wash all dirty dishes before final departure.
- Please make sure all lodge doors are LOCKED upon departure.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the lodge, cabin or in the hot tub. A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if smoking was detected in the Lodge. Please do not discard cigarette butts anywhere on the property. Please properly dispose of cigarettes in the provided outdoor ashtrays. Thank you.
A cleaning fee up to $500.00 may be applied if lodge is left in unacceptable conditions and requires additional cleaning time.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations of 31 days or greater of check in may receive their payment refunded less processing fees. Cancellations 30 days or less of check-in date will not receive a refund; however, money will be held for 6 months to put towards another stay with us. In the event of an early departure for any reason, we cannot give any kind of refund.
Malfunction of equipment
We do our best to make sure all amenities are in good working order. Occasionally, electronics, satellite, and other mechanical equipment will malfunction. We will do our best to repair these items in a timely manner. Please contact Turkey Ridge Staff immediately if there is any type of emergency (fire, water leak, over flowed toilet, etc.)
Because of hot tub cleanings, the hot tub may need a few hours to heat to its full temperature after you arrive. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. See posted “Hot Tub Rules”. We ask that you please be patient in the event that this may happen.
The lodge is located in a rural area, which is surrounded by woods. As a result, there may be some insects in or around the lodge at times. Please be aware that the lodge is exterminated on a regular basis and that we instruct all guests to keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
Bad weather conditions may make travel to the Hocking Hills difficult. In addition, occasional power, internet, and satellite TV outages or other "Acts of God" that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable.
Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads which requires cautious driving. The roads leading to the Turkey Ridge Lodges are paved and maintained by the townships. On occasion, especially in winter months, roads and/or driving conditions may be treacherous. At these times, 4-wheel drive is absolutely required. Some roads (driveway to Turkey Ridge Lodges) both are steep and will require 4-wheel drive during inclement weather or any significant snowfall.
We, the owners of the Turkey Ridge Lodges, have designed and furnished our lodges with the highest quality materials and amenities. We expect that our guests will respect the inside, outside and surrounding property at all times. We reserve the right to charge you for any damages or excessive cleaning needed from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know immediately to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
Lodge Safety Rules
For your safety, we post Safety Rules around the Lodges and property. Please abide by these rules as we want you to have a safe and happy stay! Turkey Ridge Lodges is NOT responsible for injury or damage to you or your property!
Absolutely NO hunting of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property.
Firearms / Guns / Fireworks
Absolutely NO shooting of firearms anywhere on the premises. Fireworks are also not permitted.
ONLY guests that have purchased riding wrist bands and that have completed the liability agreement ARE PERMITTED TO RIDE the trails of Turkey Ridge Lodges.
Riding hours are from Day Light to Dark.
March 1 - October 31
When traveling on roads to the trailheads, do NOT speed over 5 MPH, do NOT ride around other lodges, avoid the Hard Road and no racing.
We do NOT accommodate pets at any time in the lodge or on the grounds. No exceptions!
Although Turkey Ridge Lodges are located on private secluded property, they are still in a residential area. Please respect other property owners/neighbors in the area. Quiet Time is from 11 PM to 8 AM.
There is no hiking permitted on adjoining properties. Please see brochures provided for nearby parks and hiking.
